Programs with low registration will be cancelled:
3 business days prior to start date. 
Don’t wait until the last minute, or it might be too late!!!

To secure a place, a deposit or full payment is required.

Five Ways To Register

In Person: Register in person using cheque, cash, MC, Visa, or interac for any Arts Council course at the Chilliwack Arts Centre. The building is located at the corner of College Street and Henderson Avenue. Enter the business office from Henderson Avenue.

By Phone: Visa and MasterCard holders may register for Arts Council courses by phoning 604 792 2069 during our regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and Saturdays, 10 am to 3 pm. (Closed Saturdays during the summer) Please have family and credit card information ready.

By Mail: Complete the registration form on the last page of this booklet and attach the correct payment. Mail it to: Chilliwack Community Arts Council, Instructional Programs. All cheques should be made out to the Chilliwack Community Arts Council.

By E-mail: You can e-mail your registration information via the Internet. Our e-mail address is info@chilliwackartscouncil.com 
Please use the registration form as a guide for the information that must be included in order for the staff to process your request. All registrants must include their Visa or MasterCard number, expiry date and their name as it appears on the card.

By Fax: Please fill in the registration form and fax to: Chilliwack Community Arts Council at 604 792 2640.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be issued for cancelled courses or withdrawal from the course due to illness or injury (as certified by a doctor). Refunds will not be made under any other circumstances. In the event that a refund is given there will be a 15% processing fee.

Membership Saves You Money!
By purchasing a membership with the Chilliwack Community Arts Council you are entitled to great savings on instructional programs for one year from the date purchased.  Throughout the guide you will see member (m) and non-member (nm) rates listed.  Individual and youth memberships are $15.00 and family memberships are $25.00. We also have Cultural Coalition memberships (joint memberships with the Chilliwack Arts Council and the Chilliwack Museum and Historical Society); just ask us for more details! In addition to great savings you will receive a lapel pin and a bi-monthly newsletter that will update you on events at the Arts Centre.  Another bonus is, that as a member, you will automatically get our program guides sent to your home throughout the year!

From time to time we take photos in our instructional programs. These photos may be used in brochures, displays or on our website. If you prefer not to have your child's picture taken , please let us know.
